With a strong educational foundation, including two undergraduate degrees and a master’s degree, combined with her background in banking, and business management, Millie has sharpened her ability to create tailored strategies to meet individual needs—skills she applies to every project she manages. She approaches each project with a unique blend of strategic planning, research, and a commitment to delivering measurable results. She ensures projects are executed on time and within budget, all while maintaining a focus on long-term goals and brand development, ultimately benefiting our customers.
Throughout her career, Millie has held a variety of roles, from bank management to business ownership, where she pioneered successful transformative programs. On a personal note, Millie has been happily married to her husband, Barney, for 36 years. Together, they have raised two accomplished daughters: Maddie and Abbie. In her free time, Millie enjoys spending time with her 2-year-old granddaughter Ramona, traveling, reading, and outdoor activities with her family.
