Carson joined Guignard Company in 2022, partnering with her father, David Cain, to open the agency’s Georgia office. She is passionate about expanding Guignard’s presence in the Atlanta metro area and building strong, lasting relationships with both contract and commercial clients across the Peach State and beyond.
She helps contractors secure the bonding they need to win more work and scale with confidence. From first-time applicants to companies with complex financials, Carson is skilled at finding solutions that get deals done. She has hands-on experience with the SBA Surety Bond Guarantee Program and a strong track record of guiding clients through every stage of the bonding process.
Carson holds the Associate of Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) designation and is a graduate of Surety School Levels 1 and 2 through the National Association of Surety Bond Producers.
Carson lives in the Atlanta metro area (Buford) with her husband, Chad, a geotechnical construction specialist. They have a daughter, a 2026 graduate of Emory University, and a son, a 2026 graduate of Hebron Christian Academy. Outside of work, Carson enjoys being on the water and making the most of her time with family.
