Margie L. Morris, CCIFP is a Partner at Guignard Company, a surety bond only agency serving clients across the United States and internationally. Prior to joining the firm, Margie worked as a surety underwriter for Travelers. Margie has dedicated her entire career to the surety industry.
Margie has a deep understanding of the construction and surety industry, helping clients navigate complex business decisions including expansion, acquisitions, sales, ESOP formation, private equity partnerships, and ownership transitions.
Margie is known for her ability to quickly assess situations, identify strategic solutions, and deliver outcomes that align with her clients’ goals and long-term business plans. Margie is committed to staying at the forefront of the industry and regularly shares her expertise as a speaker for construction and trade organizations.
Outside of work, Margie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets, staying active and giving back through mission work. She also directs the FeedingKidz program in Jamaica.
