Nina is a Surety Agent at Guignard Company with a background in finance and commercial real estate and experience across multiple facets of the industry. A graduate of Florida State University with degrees in Finance and Real Estate, Nina’s experience includes financial analysis, asset management, valuation and advisory services, and development feasibility, with a focus on seniors housing. This background has equipped her with a well-rounded perspective and analytical approach to client service.
Transitioning into the surety bond field was a natural next step for Nina, both professionally and personally. As a third-generation team member, she is proud to continue the Guignard legacy while expanding the company’s presence in the Tampa Bay market. Nina holds her Florida 2-20 license and is pursuing her Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) designation. She continues to grow her expertise in the surety industry while delivering responsive, relationship-driven client support.
Active in both the industry and the community, Nina is involved with several professional associations and volunteers with the Junior League of Tampa. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
