Recently joining Guignard Company, Nina combines a strong background in finance and commercial real estate with a passion for supporting the construction industry. A graduate of Florida State University with degrees in Finance and Real Estate, Nina has extensive experience in financial analysis, asset management, valuation and advisory services, and development feasibility, with a focus on seniors housing. This background has equipped her with a well-rounded and resourceful skill set across various facets of the industry.
Transitioning to the surety bond field was a natural next step for Nina, both professionally and personally. As a third-generation team member, she is proud to uphold the Guignard legacy while expanding its presence in the Tampa market. Nina is currently pursuing her Florida 2-20 license and Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) designation, underscoring her commitment to growing her expertise and delivering exceptional client support.
Active in the industry and the community, Nina is a member of several professional associations and volunteers with the Junior League of Tampa. Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
