Molly joined Guignard Company in 2026 as a Business Development Representative. A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Innovation, she began her career in business development with one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage and risk management firms before transitioning into the surety industry.
Growing up in a family of contractors, Molly developed an early appreciation for the industry by visiting job sites and hearing firsthand about the projects and challenges contractors face. That exposure sparked her interest in construction and ultimately led her to pursue a career in surety.
At Guignard, Molly is focused on building lasting relationships throughout the construction community while learning from an experienced team of surety professionals. She is passionate about growing within the industry and is committed to becoming a knowledgeable resource for contractors and industry partners as she works toward her long-term goal of becoming a producer.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys traveling, spending time on the water, discovering new restaurants, reading, and making memories with her family.
